Review: Kerastase Beautifying Oil Cream is the answer to your dry hair prayers

kerastase beautifying oil cream review

I have made no secret of the fact that Kerastase is my ultimate number one hair care brand. Their products are pricey enough now, but oh so worth every single cent of your hard earned Eurobucks, and if you save Kerastase for your "Sunday best" their products will last you ages. Look at it as an investment.

Anyway enough of me trying to justify all the hair shopping. I was lucky enough to be sent the brand spanking new Kerastase Beautifying Oil Cream to review and no surprises here, I got on great with it. I was very interested to see how it compared to the regular Elixir Ultime Oils as I have been using them for years now and they are a holy grail product for me (lookout for a review coming shortly).

Well turns out it is just as good as the hair oils. To use it I apply just after washing my hair to towel dried hair, I use a blob about the size of a 50c and work it from the ends up, the ends of my hair need the most attention. The oils in the cream include Pracaxi Oil (Say whaaaaat?) which is used for its rich conditioning proprerties, Argan Oil, we all know of the benefits of Argan oil at this stage, and this contains a good enough amount to actually nourish hair, Maize Oil which is used in the famous Kerastase hair masques, and finally Camellia Oil to repair and give hair a brilliant shine.

I have just adored using the Beautifying Cream. It makes hair so soft and shiny and makes my ratty dry ends look sleek and like I have just had a cut. Its so light that it doesn't weigh hair down or make it look lank or greasy. Amazing stuff altogether.

If your tempted to pick this wonder hair product up, you will find it in salons nationwide or online www.feelunique.com for €34.50.

  7. The price makes me cry a bit but when I think of how much I spend on cheaper products, hoping my hair will be fixed, it makes more sense to go for something expensive that works!
